Physical Therapist - Pelvic

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite Health Center role. Full-time schedule of five 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday; four 10-hour shifts may be considered based on business needs.

Salary: $132,800–$166,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide pelvic physical therapy and promote health and wellness for client employees and their dependents.
• Evaluate patients, apply clinical reasoning, and develop individualized treatment plans according to APTA professional standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, community providers, and other Health Center staff.
• Document care, participate in Health Center and patient-care meetings, and communicate with onsite and community referral sources.
• Deliver injury-prevention and health-promotion presentations, workshops, and exercise programs.
• Teach proper body mechanics, assess workplace ergonomics, and work with safety officers, ergonomists, HR, and vendors to promote employee safety.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy school.
• All state licenses and certifications required to practice.
• At least three years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient physical therapy clinic or other ambulatory care clinic.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is required.
• Current board certification preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification meeting AHA standards, including hands-on skills evaluation; fully online courses are not accepted.
