AI Agents & LLM Engineer (AI/LLM): Designing and deploying production-grade AI agents and LLM applications with an accent on RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, and cloud-native systems. Focus on building scalable data pipelines, implementing MLOps and LLMOps, integrating models through APIs and microservices, and ensuring security, observability, and reliability.

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise production applications based on machine learning, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Develop RAG systems, agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, tool-calling solutions, and advanced reasoning workflows.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation, inference, ETL, and large-scale data processing.
- Optimize models and cloud-native AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Integrate AI systems with applications, FastAPI, microservices, and other engineering platforms.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps processes covering automated training, testing, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and retraining.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI-related roles.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and LLM applications in production.
- Strong knowledge of Transformer architectures, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, context management, and agent orchestration.
- Expert-level Python skills and experience with modern AI and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, SmolAgents, Google ADK, or CrewAI.
- Experience with software architecture, API development, microservices, distributed systems, SQL, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI evaluation and observability platforms such as LangSmith, Arize, Galileo, or Phoenix.
- Experience fine-tuning open-source models and using model-serving frameworks.
- Knowledge of graph-based AI architectures and knowledge graphs.
- Experience with AI governance, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices.
