Electrical VDC Team Lead (BIM)

Location: Remote within the United States; US work authorization required

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead multiple large-scale electrical VDC projects from kickoff through closeout, managing scope, quality, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Advise major client stakeholders on constructability, scope optimization, and digital delivery strategies.
• Build, mentor, and manage VDC Managers, Engineers, and Detailers across distributed teams.
• Own project financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, staffing models, and margin predictability.
• Develop project plans, risk registers, delivery standards, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to improve modeling accuracy, clash detection, forecasting, and coordination workflows.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in electrical BIM and VDC delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi-project programs.
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills.
• Experience with financial oversight and forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and coordinate across global teams and time zones.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
