Talent Acquisition Partner (Fashion Retail): Supporting end-to-end recruitment for retail store openings, store management, and corporate searches with an accent on proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder partnership. Focus on building diverse talent pipelines, improving candidate experience through recruitment technology, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with Tuesday–Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remotely.

What you will do
- Support recruitment for new store openings, retail roles, and store management positions from sourcing through offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on corporate searches and role requirements.
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate evaluation.
- Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to manage pipelines and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach and support internal mobility.
- Manage offers and onboarding while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least two years of recruitment experience; fashion or luxury consumer products experience is preferred.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple searches independently.
- Fluent business English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- In-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency experience.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
