What you will do

• Own a client program end to end, including relationship management, communication, planning, delivery, and results reporting.
• Shape program strategy through audience and vulnerability research, narrative development, and communications planning.
• Define impact evaluation frameworks and measure program outcomes.
• Coordinate communications, research, and engineering teams, including resources and budgets.
• Document standard operating procedures and build AI workflows for time-intensive program management tasks.
• Represent hirify.global with clients, partners, and the wider UK sector at meetings, briefings, conferences, and events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading strategic communications programs or programs in an adjacent field.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior partners and stakeholders.
• Expertise in impact evaluation and research-led program design.
• Education or experience in social and behavioural sciences, strategic communications, international politics, or a related field.
• Experience working within formal security and information-handling requirements.
