Technician 2 - Depot

Location: Wilmington, Ohio, United States; onsite depot work

Salary: $22.84–$28.89 per hour

What you will do

• Validate the contents, specifications, completeness, and quality of refurbished and repaired equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair defective computer systems.
• Receive returned inventory and support warehouse put-away and audits of refurbished items.
• Mentor, train, and assist Technician I employees with refurbishment processes.
• Complete assigned training and maintain current technical certifications.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience repairing or configuring computer systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow industry standards, manufacturer training, and certification requirements.
• Detail-oriented approach with accurate item-by-item inspection and proofreading.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work successfully in a team environment.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
