Depot Repair Technician I (Medical Devices)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at a designated repair facility. Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Pay: $18.10–$28.00 per hour, depending on location, education, knowledge, skills, and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Document incoming and outgoing machines using Oracle, Tulip, and Microsoft Office.
• Inspect machines for required repairs, upgrades, and damage.
• Repair and refurbish equipment by replacing or repairing circuit boards, mechanical sub-assemblies, discrete components, and worn parts.
• Perform final testing to verify that repaired and refurbished machines function properly.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts while meeting performance goals and key performance indicators.
• Support lean initiatives, continuous improvement projects, ISO 14001 requirements, and the internal environmental management system.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Electronics Technology, or a closely aligned discipline is preferred.
• 6+ months of experience repairing medical, aviation, or industrial devices is preferred.
