Senior Experience Designer (HTML Media Banner)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations

Salary: USD 78,280–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own HTML media banner projects from concept through delivery.
• Translate creative and brand vision into production-ready digital experiences.
• Design motion, animation, responsive resizing behavior, and modular banner solutions within media specifications.
• Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development, and other Experience Designers.
• Evaluate tradeoffs, resolve execution challenges, and maintain creative and technical quality.
• Mentor fellow Experience Designers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing HTML media banners in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with design systems, cross-functional collaboration, and performance marketing optimization.
• Basic understanding of HTML for media banner production and responsive, modular frameworks.
• Proficiency in Figma and timeline-based motion design and animation software.
