Senior Digital Designer

Location: Light hybrid onsite/remote model for candidates ideally based in the Chicago area; remote locations across the United States and Canada are also considered.

Salary: $97,600–$146,400 base salary annually, with potential additional earnings through annual bonuses and profit sharing.

hirify.global has a multidisciplinary Design team working across branding, web, and product initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead concept development and execution for brand identity systems, marketing websites, and digital product experiences.
• Contribute to projects from concept through delivery, maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Present creative work to clients and build alignment around design solutions.
• Collaborate with strategy, UX, content, development, and client services teams to translate business goals and research into designs.
• Work with developers to review and QA design aspects of website builds.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and contribute to the creative culture through experimentation with tools, processes, and trends.

Requirements

• Required: A digital portfolio with strong samples across brand, web, and UX/UI design.
• At least 5 years of design experience in an in-house group, consultancy, or agency.
• Extensive experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience developing brand identities and translating them into cohesive digital expressions.
• Experience designing responsive websites and digital products.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, present work to clients, and balance big-picture thinking with pixel-level craft.

Nice to have

• Experience with prototyping tools or motion design.
• Understanding of no-code tools such as Webflow and Framer.
• Experience designing for enterprise CMSs such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or Headless WordPress.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design; coding is not required.
