Senior Designer (Motion Design)

Location: Remote within the United States; Atlanta, Georgia preferred

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and animate campaign visuals, social content, product marketing assets, CRM materials, and partner and event collateral.
• Move quickly from brief to finished, on-brand assets while maintaining precision and craft.
• Partner with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear designs.
• Work within and help evolve the hirify.global design system, including reusable templates and components.
• Research current design, motion, social, sports, and culture trends and apply them to creative work.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of design experience with a portfolio spanning brand, social, and campaign work.
• Mandatory motion design experience.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong composition, layout, typography, and color skills.
• Experience working within or helping develop design systems.
• Experience delivering precise work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Strong interest in sports design or esports.
• Experience across digital, social, product marketing, and CRM design.
• Comfort presenting and defending creative decisions to stakeholders.
