What you will do

• Understand design requirements and customer specifications for system-on-chip designs.
• Learn and run CAD tools and flows for assigned designs.
• Design and develop SoC solutions using Linux, Tcl, Python, Perl, or equivalent scripting languages.
• Analyze, debug, and implement design-for-test features.
• Collaborate with global CAD teams on design-flow fixes and feature improvements.
• Assist with design verification using ICL/PDL constructs and SystemVerilog/UVM.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Fluent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Strong programming skills in scripting languages such as Tcl or Python in a Unix-type environment.
• Problem-solving skills and an interest in SoC design and DFT implementation.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Linux, Unix, or BSD internals and multithreaded systems.
• Knowledge of SoC design flows and DFT practices, including at-speed testing, BIST, ATPG, AC-JTAG, or IJTAG.
