Director, Technical Program Management (Broadband Plasma)

Salary: $219,500–$384,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead an N+2 development program for Broadband Plasma inspection equipment as the Product Lifecycle lead.
• Manage product development from business case validation through design, implementation, continuous improvement, and sustaining support.
• Assess technical risks, establish mitigation plans, and support prototyping and risk retirement with vendors and engineering teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, CTO, supply chain, service, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customers.
• Deliver program objectives on schedule and within budget while optimizing COGS, ROI, value-based pricing, and market share.
• Drive customer adoption, production ramping, lifetime maintenance, and product roadmap activities.

Requirements

• Doctorate with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 13 years, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years.
• Technical program management or functional engineering experience with technical and business development responsibilities.
• Subject matter expertise in advanced sensors, optics, or sources; broad system-level understanding is also acceptable.
• Experience applying systems engineering principles to product development, sustaining, and product improvements.
• Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, accountability, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and launching or transitioning semiconductor capital equipment is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with EUV technology.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience and a record of leading multidisciplinary product launches.
