Director Program Management (Telecommunications Lead)

What you will do

• Direct planning and execution of high-visibility, mission-critical telecommunications programs valued at $10M or more.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program staff while establishing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage profit and loss, financial risk, indirect and program budgets, and EAC/ETC tracking.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
• Lead full-lifecycle proposals, capture milestone reviews, strategic partnerships, and technical roadmapping for 5G, 6G, FutureG, and next-generation wireless capabilities.
• Establish repeatable governance, quality, operational, and resourcing processes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
• 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering within the defense and intelligence sector.
• Demonstrated success leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts that support revenue and pipeline growth.
• Technical understanding of 5G, 6G, FutureG, private 5G, Open RAN, resilient wireless infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Experience with profit and loss, risk, budget management, and EAC/ETC tracking for programs valued at $10M or more.

Nice to have

• Operational experience collaborating with DoD SCO, USCC, and OUSW(R&E) stakeholders.
• Experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability research, or related capability development.
• PMP certification or an advanced degree in engineering or computer science.
