Test Engineer (Analog ICs)

What you will do

• Define test strategy and testability for new product introductions involving DC-DC converters, e-fuses, ideal diodes, and load switches.
• Develop ATE test programs and test hardware with a basic circuit design approach.
• Work with design architects and site engineers to release test solutions to production and support volume ramp-up.
• Own test program quality, test yield, test cost, test plans, documentation, and data archiving.
• Drive peer and gate reviews, test risk assessments, efficiency improvements, and product quality improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving teams and resolve technical or planning issues to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of ATE program and hardware development experience.
• Experience with C++.
• Knowledge of analog IC development is preferred for the role.
• English communication skills are required.
