What you will do

• Develop complete industrial test plans for high-performance mixed-signal ICs using industry-standard ATE.
• Design custom circuitry for ATE interface boards, focusing on signal integrity, impedance control, and noise reduction.
• Define Design for Testability (DfT) features from the initial concept stage through to mass production.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, and system design teams to define characterization and validation setups.
• Perform data evaluation, define test limits, and provide support for mass production and customer RMAs.
• Drive test time reduction, cost optimization, and yield enhancement through statistical data processing.

Requirements

• BSEE degree or higher (MSEE preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of test development experience on ATE with high-performance integrated circuits.
• Proficiency with Advantest 93K (SmarTest8) or Teradyne UltraFlex platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital, analog, and mixed-signal device testing, PVT characterization, and IC qualification.
• Experience with IC foundries and offshore assembly and test subcons (OSATs).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, global product development team.
