Manager, Operations - Seller Marketplace (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annual in Bentonville, Arkansas; $84,000–$156,000 annual in Bellevue, Washington. Additional performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock may apply.

What you will do

• Manage multiple operational work streams, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee resource allocation, monitor delivery progress, and take corrective actions.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional execution.
• Coach, mentor, and manage associate performance while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience in operations, project management, or a related area.
• Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, resource allocation, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize work, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for mentoring and developing team members.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising associates.
• Master’s degree in Economics.
• Project Management Professional certification.
