Project Manager - Technology Transformation (Technology Transformation): Coordinating a large-scale programme replacing a legacy policy administration platform across internal technology teams and multiple suppliers with an accent on supplier accountability, dependencies, risks, and delivery readiness. Focus on taking ownership of a complex transformation programme, challenging vendors constructively, and preparing the organisation for the next delivery stage.
Location: Leeds, hybrid with 2–3 days per week onsite

Fruition is recruiting for a key client delivering a business and technology transformation programme with multiple technology suppliers.
What you will do
- Take ownership of a complex technology transformation programme with minimal handover.
- Coordinate internal technology teams and multiple external suppliers.
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, actions, and readiness activities.
- Hold suppliers accountable for delivery while maintaining constructive working relationships.
- Establish structure, pace, and control as the programme enters a critical delivery phase.
Requirements
- Strong project or delivery management experience in large-scale technology transformation programmes.
- Experience coordinating multiple technology suppliers and internal delivery teams.
- Strong vendor and supplier management skills, including constructive challenge and accountability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, actions, and readiness activities in a fast-moving transformation environment.
- Availability to start within 1–2 weeks; the initial contract duration is six months.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering policy administration system transformation or implementation programmes.
- Insurance or financial services experience.
- Experience with complex discovery, solution design, architecture, and implementation planning.
