Senior Manager, Revenue & Gross Margin

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary per year, plus equity and annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and gross margin forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner with Data to develop scalable, real-time reporting for revenue and margin KPIs.
• Improve processes with Accounting for tracking, reporting, and forecasting revenue and gross margin.
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses supporting major business decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build scalable team processes and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, investment banking, or public accounting.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Strong finance, analytical, data synthesis, and communication skills.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-growing environment with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• SQL or business intelligence experience with tools such as Alteryx, Looker, Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or retail.
