Senior Manager, CAD Development (AutoCAD)

Location: Onsite in the Downtown Los Angeles-based office, Los Angeles, California, United States. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance; occasional travel to venues, warehouses, or vendor meetings may be required.

Annual base salary: $105,000–$125,000.

What you will do

• Supervise CAD Development Managers and set priorities, standards, and workloads across venue projects.
• Lead CAD drawings for non-sport venue layouts, furniture and equipment placement, and overlay designs.
• Establish CAD standards, templates, best practices, version control, and document management.
• Create, review, and approve accurate, compliant drawings aligned with project milestones.
• Support cost planning and procurement with detailed layouts and quantities.
• Collaborate with logistics, planning, and procurement teams and provide operational support during the Games as required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CAD development experience, including at least 3 years leading or supervising a CAD team.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software, including Revit, Rhino, and BIM tools.
• Experience managing complex concurrent projects and competing deliverables under fixed deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Leadership and communication skills for guiding and developing a diverse team.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, with variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak event periods.
