Senior Program Manager / Account Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested; remote work is available when compatible with hirify.global and client needs.

What you will do

• Partner with client stakeholders to assess needs and recommend business and technical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and manage complex consulting engagements.
• Develop, monitor, manage, and report integrated plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Triage and resolve critical program issues and scope changes throughout project phases.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Perform hands-on analysis, design, process engineering, and change management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 8 years of project or program management experience, preferably across the full agile development life cycle.
• Proven account management experience and a track record of managing large, complex consulting engagements.
• Ability to assess client needs, identify gaps, and design effective solutions.
• Strong communication, listening, negotiation, presentation, consensus-building, and influencing skills.

• PMP certification.
