Salary: $94,350–$145,350 per year, plus performance bonus or variable incentive compensation.

hirify.global Co.’s K&B Strategic Sourcing function manages value creation and savings initiatives across indirect and direct spend.

What you will do

• Run a structured program to identify and drive value creation and savings opportunities across approximately $2.5B in spend.
• Analyze spend, products, suppliers, and end-to-end value drivers to size opportunities.
• Influence prioritization and enable execution with category, engineering, operations, and purchasing teams.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and facilitate plant and supplier workshops, including VAVE sessions.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional groups to deliver results.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing spend, products, suppliers, and value drivers.
• Ability to identify and quantify savings and value creation opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support execution.
• Ability to present recommendations to senior leaders and facilitate workshops.
