Divisional Vice President of Operations - Southeast (Healthcare)

Location: Home-based within the territory of Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, or Maryland; primary home office in Tennessee, with additional home offices in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Requires 75% travel.

What you will do

• Lead operations across the assigned division and district offices.
• Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for facilities, people, processes, and customer services.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and readiness for volume growth and new services.
• Oversee personnel and service delivery while establishing performance measures and metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, operations excellence, technology, and customer-facing teams.
• Lead complex initiatives and organizational change across the division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of management experience overseeing operations and process improvement.
• Healthcare or medical device industry experience required.
• Experience with profit and loss responsibilities, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated operational leadership, quantitative analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must live within the assigned Southeast territory and be able to travel 75%.
