Senior Application Analyst (SAP BTP Administration)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States; consistent onsite work required up to four days per week. Approximately 5% travel, including occasional overnight or weekend travel and travel between local locations.

What you will do

• Administer SAP BTP global accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, services, and Cloud Foundry and Kyma environments.
• Configure BTP security, identity, connectivity, and integration capabilities, including IAS, IPS, OAuth, SAML, Cloud Connector, Destination Service, and Integration Suite.
• Design, configure, test, and implement business system changes, upgrades, enhancements, and platform improvements.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot application and cross-functional issues, perform impact assessments, and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Monitor services, manage quotas and costs, and support platform governance, compliance, stability, and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, lead estimation and process improvement activities, mentor peers, and collaborate with stakeholders and implementation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• 2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP administration experience, including accounts, environments, entitlements, and service lifecycle management.
• Experience with BTP security, connectivity, integration, monitoring, operations, governance, quotas, cost management, compliance, and platform stability.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes, IaaS/PaaS concepts, networking, certificates, and TLS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills in a complex matrix environment.

Nice to have

• Business systems configuration experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related environment.
• Experience applying industry best practices to technology solutions.
