Senior Technology Solution Consultant (SAP Asset Management)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; preferred commute to the downtown Minneapolis office 3 days per week. Domestic US travel of up to 25% or more may be required during projects.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management business processes.
• Gather requirements, facilitate business workshops, perform gap analysis, and define future-state solutions.
• Support SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance integration with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Field Service Management, GIS systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and validate solution feasibility.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on solution design and cross-functional decisions.
• Validate designs and support testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, training, readiness, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a domain-specific, system-enabled, or transformation role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and systems-enabled business processes.
• Advanced process and systems thinking with strong functional solution literacy.
• Strong stakeholder alignment, requirements-shaping, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Knowledge of integration points across business functions.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional, configuration, and design experience, preferably with S/4HANA and Fiori.
• Experience with SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance, Service Management, and Project Systems modules.
• Utility industry experience and SAP Certification.
• Knowledge of SAP PM integration with PS, MM, WM, HR, FI/CO, BW HANA Sidecar, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment master data, work orders, service contracts, project structures, and WBS hierarchies.
