SAP S/4HANA GROW Public Cloud Workstream Lead (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead a functional workstream through all phases of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide clients toward SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
• Drive business process design, harmonization, transformation, and value realization.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and coordination across configuration, testing, training, cutover, and deployment teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and program leadership, including executive presentations and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for SAP Embedded AI, SAP Joule, Intelligent Automation, and SAP BTP capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or GROW with SAP.
• Experience leading functional workstreams and completing at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations, including one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard delivery, and implementation constraints.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, making process design decisions, and communicating with executives.
• Functional expertise in Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA certification in a relevant functional area.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Embedded AI, SAP Joule, and Intelligent Automation.
• Experience supporting solution development, estimations, sales pursuits, mentoring, and thought leadership.
