Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work may require travel.

Salary: $90,000–$98,000 per year, plus potential cost-of-living adjustments, bonuses, retirement benefits, insurance, leave, and relocation benefits.

What you will do

• Design business intelligence dashboards and self-service reporting for leadership and internal finance teams.
• Analyze financial performance, identify business trends and issues, and recommend actions to improve profitability and growth.
• Support senior leaders with strategic analysis, presentations, ad hoc financial modeling, and decision support.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to execute the finance data strategy.
• Coordinate finance and IT process-improvement projects, including requirements communication and implementation tracking.
• Prepare analysis and presentations for board, management, principal, and regional leadership meetings.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance or another quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis supporting internal business units or stakeholders.
• Experience building financial models with Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence data modeling and dashboarding using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Strong organizational, strategic, commercial, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
