Global Buyer Planner II

Location: USA, Fort Collins, CO; hybrid work with in-person attendance at the Ewing, NJ office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays

Base salary: $71,000–$88,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Manage demand-driven supply plans, inventory levels, shortages, backorders, expedites, product transitions, and end-of-life planning.
• Execute procurement plans, manage supplier communications, monitor delivery performance, and resolve routine supplier and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle and ePortal, and analyze inventory, fulfillment, and service metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and suppliers to address risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support capacity planning, extended shutdown planning, New Product Development launches, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, supplier management, purchase order execution, inventory planning, and shortage management.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to attend the Ewing, NJ office in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

• Global or contract manufacturing experience.
• Experience across multiple product lines and with New Product Development planning.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to advanced planning tools, analytics, or AI-enabled planning solutions.
