AI Lead – HR Transformation (AI/HR technology): Defining and delivering an HR AI roadmap covering employee self-service, recruitment, workforce analytics, case management, and AI-enabled automation with an accent on AI-ready data, systems, governance, and ethical compliance. Focus on building AI agents and copilots, integrating HCM and knowledge systems, managing privacy and regulatory risks, and driving adoption across HR.
Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite, based at an East Coast office in Atlanta, GA; Columbus, GA; Jefferson, IN; Cincinnati, OH; or Charlotte, NC

What you will do
- Define and own the HR AI roadmap and build business cases for use cases such as employee self-service, recruitment, workforce analytics, and case management.
- Deliver HR AI initiatives from concept through deployment and scaling, including copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation.
- Ensure HR data, processes, HCM platforms, case management, and knowledge systems are structured for AI and automation.
- Establish AI governance, privacy, employment law, regulatory, ethical AI, bias mitigation, and transparency controls.
- Partner with HR, IT, Data, Legal, Risk, InfoSec, enterprise AI teams, and external vendors.
- Drive adoption through change management, training, communications, upskilling, and continuous performance and ROI improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in AI, emerging technology, and risk and compliance.
- Proven experience developing and implementing AI initiatives.
- Experience embedding ethical and regulatory standards into AI initiatives with legal, compliance, risk, IT, and business teams.
- Must work in a hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days onsite at one of the listed United States offices.
- Must be legally authorized to work full time for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
