Operations Manager - Floor (Grocery) - Automation-1 (Retail Automation)

Location: Onsite at 5600 State Road 544, Winter Haven, Florida, United States

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned grocery facility area to achieve production, quality, safety, and performance goals.
• Forecast staffing needs, workload, and performance results to meet operational demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify improvements in production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operating standards.
• Supervise and develop associates, supervisors, and managers through direction, feedback, coaching, hiring, evaluation, and training.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using independent judgment and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, finance, production, or operations management plus relevant experience, or three years of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors.
• Experience managing workload and participating in employee hiring and promotion across multiple departments or areas.
• Ability to work onsite at the Winter Haven, Florida facility.
