What you will do

• Compile and sort invoices, payment activities, and other transaction documents electronically.
• Verify that non-PPSV invoices have the required approvals.
• Match purchase orders and receipts with invoices through the voucher-match process.
• Review and reconcile Concur expense reports and escalate discrepancies.
• Process timely, properly approved payments and help safeguard company funds.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Mason, Ohio.
