Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Onsite in Downtown Delray Beach, Florida, United States, with the ability to work remotely when needed.

What you will do

• Review and accurately enter vendor invoices into internal systems.
• Process timely payments to vendors and landlords.
• Set up new vendors and maintain accurate records.
• Answer vendor questions and resolve routine issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to correct discrepancies and update account details.
• Support audit preparation and accounts payable process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work onsite in the Downtown Delray Beach office.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Concur, Core, or NetSuite.
