Senior EHS Program Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $114,000–$170,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Create EHS standards, minimum requirements, SOPs, specifications, and policies for sites and programs.
• Lead the requirements definition and implementation of EHS data infrastructure with Enterprise Applications.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems using BigQuery, Power BI, Confluence, Jira, and related data warehouse tools.
• Use AI/ML capabilities and modern analytics to improve EHS insights and decision-making.
• Partner with site EHS teams, engineering, operations, and IT to scale consistent programs across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Power BI.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide EHS policies, standards, and procedures in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong technical writing, program management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and complex EHS compliance requirements across multiple sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML applications, data warehouses, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor.
• Aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Experience implementing EHS management software or enterprise applications.
