Collaboration Product Owner, Senior Advisor

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Salary: $122,800–$184,200 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 12% of base pay.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize backlogs across two software engineering teams, translating product strategy into refined, sprint-ready work.
• Enable collaboration technologies and processes from idea through operations while deploying solutions that meet business requirements.
• Define collaboration personas and working styles, translating user needs into technical capabilities and requirements.
• Develop collaboration champion strategies and communities of practice to drive adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Refresh the collaboration strategy, roadmap, and architecture blueprint to support Enterprise Asset Intelligence.
• Measure strategy effectiveness through KPIs and metrics, present results to senior leadership, and build relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions.
• Required experience in product management or product ownership.
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodology and experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong prioritization, communication, presentation, consensus-building, conflict-management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience with people management and working across multiple business units and leadership levels.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about AI and experience with SAFe.
• Advanced degree.
• Knowledge of a major collaboration platform provider such as Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, or Google.
• Experience with globally distributed teams, collaboration architectures, operating models, change management, and continuous learning programs.
• Experience defining product architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
