Sr. Product Capability Owner (AI)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $122,000–$209,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers; other ranges apply to Washington, D.C., New York, and California.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for AI-enabled capabilities supporting Global Distribution and seller productivity.
• Lead discovery of workflow improvements, automation opportunities, AI use cases, and future capability enhancements.
• Translate commercial priorities into product roadmaps, investment recommendations, delivery plans, and measurable success metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Technology, Solution Architecture, UX, Engineering, AI, Data, Investments, and other enterprise stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Guide products from concept through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement using analytics and user feedback.
• Mentor Product Owners and strengthen capability ownership, governance, prioritization, and design-build-operate practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise technology solutions or platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled, digital, or data-driven products in complex cross-functional environments.
• Ability to translate strategic business priorities into technical product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong Agile product management, software delivery, communication, influence, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise sales, marketing, or client engagement platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent decision support.
• Experience designing and prototyping user experiences that improve workflow effectiveness and adoption.
• Experience with capability-based planning, business architecture, product governance, or organizational operating models.
