What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Finance and business leaders.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, key business drivers, and forecasting inputs.
• Automate recurring financial reporting with Power BI and AI tools.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on ad hoc analyses, reporting requests, and process improvements.
• Present financial findings and recommendations through clear, data-driven storytelling.
• Support tax reconciliations and other periodic financial analyses with Finance and Accounting Partners.

Requirements

• Be a sophomore or higher in a four-year undergraduate program, or enrolled in a graduate program, studying Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Maintain a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and basic financial modeling.
• Be able to work approximately 40 hours per week during the summer and 15–20 hours per week during the school year.
• Demonstrate systems thinking, problem-solving, judgment, collaboration, communication, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Experience or demonstrated interest in AI, analytics, automation, or data tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, or Python.
• Personal projects, coursework, extracurricular activities, or internship experience related to finance, analytics, automation, or data.
