2027 Financial Planning & Analysis Internship Program (Finance)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home. Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Salary: $25.00 per hour; eligible for overtime pay.

What you will do

• Analyze, forecast, and report financial and non-financial trends.
• Support internal accounting processes and transform data into reporting information.
• Prepare external reports for shareholders and regulatory authorities.
• Research monthly variances, update financial review presentations, and provide management commentary.
• Conduct historical analyses supporting Finance processes, including period-close activities.
• Use data analytics and visualization platforms to create meaningful insights and interactive dashboards.

Requirements

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May/June 2029.
• Understanding of data visualization tools and financial systems.
• Knowledge of complex Microsoft Excel formulas.
• US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
• FINRA licensing is not required and will not be supported for this role.

Nice to have

• Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
