What you will do

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify business drivers, metrics, trends, and performance opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, document, and implement reports using SQL and Microsoft tools with data visualization.
• Create dashboards, presentations, and visualizations that communicate complex financial and operational results clearly.
• Support annual planning, quarterly rolling forecasts, ad hoc analyses, and special projects.
• Partner with management and business teams to evaluate opportunities and improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive reporting.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills preferred.
• Ability to learn new programs and software and manage multiple assignments independently.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
