Finance Intern - FP&A (Year Round)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

Company

Manufactures highly customized fire and emergency trucks, including pumpers, aerials, tankers, and rescue units.

What you will do

• Support finance processes through assigned business tasks and analytical projects.
• Assist with truck costing and month-end reporting.
• Help develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Support accurate reporting of new truck bookings and monthly internal and external reporting.
• Maintain scheduling room boards and tags.
• Improve processes by reducing non-value-added work through technology and continuous improvement tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer and part-time during the school year.
• Desire to develop Microsoft Office skills.
