Location: Luzon, Philippines — remote from any location. Full-time graveyard shift from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligned with 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for US-based clients.

What you will do
- Build and own cross-department reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey.
- Run alignment processes that keep the three departments moving in the same direction.
- Identify process gaps and broken handoffs before they affect quarter-end results.
- Work daily in GoHighLevel, 's CRM, and the broader Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey reporting stack.
- Report directly to the CEO and coordinate with department leads.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including experience in Operations.
- Master's degree required.
- Experience building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems.
- Availability for the 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time schedule is required.
