RPA - Senior Business Analyst/PM

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of RPA, intelligent automation, process mining, agentic automation, and test automation projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, burn rates, resource allocations, timesheets, and financial data across client engagements.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, status calls, MBRs, QBRs, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Elicit, document, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements for delivery teams.
• Create PDDs and SDDs, translate As-Is Blue Prism logic into To-Be UiPath designs, and maintain traceability through UAT.
• Manage client relationships, change requests, offshore delivery coordination, presales support, and escalation handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience in IT or automation.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism and end-to-end delivery of RPA, intelligent automation, or test automation projects.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, PDD, SDD, and TDD documentation and complex automation logic analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and PSA platforms such as Kantata or FinancialForce.
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and expectation-setting skills.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst or equivalent UiPath certification.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or another project management certification.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, IDP, Process Mining, or tools such as Celonis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with onsite-offshore coordination models.
