What you will do

• Manage requirements, including elicitation, verification, implementation, and deployment support.
• Design object models, states, and transitions in collaboration with developers.
• Create project artifacts such as Vision & Scope and SRS documents.
• Review work progress with developers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with initial concepts.
• Participate in iterative development, providing feedback and adapting requirements to new needs.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and provide recommendations.
• Ensure implemented features meet business objectives and contribute to measurable KPI improvements.
• Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and propose alternative solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and experience creating UI mockups and prototypes.
• Experience producing Vision and Scope documents and SRS.
• Experience applying UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira).
• Fluent in Russian.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level), with the ability to effectively communicate technical details and conduct voice calls with native English speakers.
• Demonstrated ability to think systematically and structure complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
