Data Analyst (Public Health)

Location: Remote; U.S. work authorization and the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust access to classified information are required.

Salary: $87,000–$120,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Provide research support and analyze information sources for public health programs.
• Conduct complex qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods analyses.
• Evaluate programs, interpret results, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze implementation measures such as reach, fidelity, dose, and adaptation, and link them to outcomes.
• Produce reports, presentations, and technical assistance for clients and research recipients.
• Communicate recommendations with program administrators, community members, public health organizations, and senior officials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of public health experience.
• Experience in a scientific research setting and in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, MAXQDA, and government or internal databases.
• Knowledge of public health research, evaluation methods, program development, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ability to use administrative systems including Human Subjects, OMB and IRB, and E-Clearance.
• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Public Trust level.
