Senior Analyst, Data Analytics – Data Enablement Team

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home.

Base salary: $96,500–$164,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support the CFO data strategy and help expand data enablement beyond visualization and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strategic data sets, curated data assets, self-service solutions, and scalable data workflows.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, governance policies, and business priorities.
• Prepare visualizations, analyze complex business questions, and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional requirement definition and support project plans, use cases, user stories, and business cases.
• Implement data governance, metadata, lineage, access controls, privacy protocols, data quality, and data management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data enablement, data management, or a related function.
• Experience translating business needs into data solutions, reporting capabilities, or analytical outputs.
• Experience defining requirements and delivering business value with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Applicants must already have US work authorization that will not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
• Experience with metadata, data lineage, data definitions, domain-based ownership models, and strategic data sets.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, scalable data solution design, data governance, and data quality practices.
• Interest in emerging analytics technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
