Senior Data Analyst / Informaticist (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical, predictive, modeling, optimization, and AI-enabled analytical methods.
• Use data mining and predictive techniques to forecast behavior, optimize programs and products, and improve business outcomes.
• Build, test, and validate analytical solutions that improve program quality and consumer experiences.
• Analyze complex data and translate findings into recommendations for diverse audiences and senior leadership.
• Contribute to financial and operational models with potentially significant business impact.
• Coordinate with analytics, IT, business teams, and subject-matter experts while influencing analytical best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of data analytics experience, or a master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with data mining, predictive modeling, and using data to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C, or R.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from a dedicated, interruption-free space and meet minimum home internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience using AI-assisted technologies for business analysis, requirements gathering, analytics, documentation, or software development.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Expertise in forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure, Copilot, Claude, SQL, Python, or Power BI.
