Claims Service Representative

Location: On-site at the Des Peres, Missouri headquarters; candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers reporting lost, missing, or misplaced items.
• Investigate overage and shortage reports by reviewing files, records, correspondence, and system information.
• Analyze ownership and location information to identify solutions for returning items to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, and internal teams to move cases toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and manage multiple open cases while meeting service expectations.
• Follow up on unresolved matters and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of customer service, claims, administrative support, logistics, call center, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in claims administration, transportation, logistics, relocation, insurance, case management, or customer escalations.
• Experience researching information and coordinating solutions across multiple stakeholders.
