Platform Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from the Czech Republic

What you will do

• Design, prototype, implement, and deploy AI systems for business applications.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into backend and frontend products.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Evaluate AI frameworks and lead experimentation with new algorithms and prototypes.
• Contribute to code reviews, mentoring, data quality, ethical AI practices, and cloud infrastructure decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript or statically typed languages.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, plus experience deploying AI systems in production.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability to work remotely from the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Containerization experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
