Junior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and monitor operational workflows and automations used across the business.
• Develop data pipelines and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Design automated checks and controls to identify errors and operational issues early.
• Integrate data from multiple systems into a reliable source for reporting and analysis.
• Monitor workflow, automation, and integration performance and resolve related issues.
• Document technical solutions and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on automation requirements and specifications.

Requirements

• Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar through professional, academic, or personal projects.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python scripting.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, third-party service integrations, SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured data, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Careful and responsible handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data visualization or Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with AI or Large Language Model integrations.
• Experience in regulated financial services or operations environments.
