Senior Talent Sourcing Partner (Commercial)

Salary: $103,000–$137,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies for assigned searches and priority talent segments.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines based on current and forecasted skills gaps.
• Partner with Recruiting Partners, HRBPs, and hiring leaders on role intake, success profiles, sourcing plans, and communication.
• Present market and talent intelligence, including supply and demand, competitor mapping, compensation, location insights, diversity availability, and funnel conversion.
• Prepare candidate slates, conduct in-depth interviews, and provide calibrated assessments and recommendations.
• Improve sourcing processes, tools, reporting, event strategies, and recruiting practices while ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in agency, executive search, or corporate environments.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, market research, organization mapping, and candidate development.
• Strong stakeholder management, consultative influence, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and report on talent pipelines and recruiting metrics.
• Strong candidate assessment, cold-calling, relationship-building, and behavioral interviewing skills.
