Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (Pharma)

Location: Fully remote for candidates residing on the U.S. East Coast, with routine travel to the Coral Gables, FL office and occasional travel within the United States.

Salary: $125,000–$187,000 base salary annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Build long-term talent pipelines through internal mobility, employee referrals, direct sourcing, social networking, professional affiliations, and job fairs.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on talent markets, capability gaps, sourcing strategies, and recruiting outcomes.
• Design and deliver manager training on interviewing, candidate assessment, selection best practices, and compliant hiring processes.
• Monitor time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics and use data to recommend improvements.
• Use ATS, HRIS, talent intelligence, assessment, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in talent sourcing, candidate pipelining, and talent mapping.
• Prior experience in an in-house corporate recruiting environment and strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and compliant hiring practices.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Skillvue, Qualtrics, ADP Global, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, confidentiality, and senior stakeholder partnership skills; occasional U.S. and potential international travel required.
