Senior Product Manager, Brazil

Location: Brazil; remote homeoffice

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for an international project.
• Lead complex technical product discovery and independently fill knowledge gaps in unfamiliar domains.
• Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and guide feature implementation.
• Analyze complex datasets to validate hypotheses and prioritize product opportunities.
• Align technical teams, clients, and global business stakeholders through communication and presentations.
• Create product documentation that provides clarity and strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience in technology environments, including product strategy and roadmap planning for international projects.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience defining clear goals and scopes for cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous ownership of product discovery and strategic planning in a remote, international setting.
• Advanced or fluent English is mandatory for daily collaboration with international teams and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with market and user research, interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or previous software engineering experience.
• Knowledge of SAFe and Agile at scale.
• Experience designing AI integrations, automation workflows, or strategies for the /Flow ecosystem.
